Where are you located?
We are located at 1813 W. Verdugo Ave. in the Burbank Media District. Our space is in a row of shops located on Verdugo Ave. between Orchard & Parish (one block from John Burrough's High School). Click here for Google Map.
What is your max capacity?
Violet Cactus Venue can host a maximum of 30 guests for a seated event, or 40 max guests for a cocktail-style event (additional setup fees apply).
We prefer no more than 20 guests for filming.
What are the rental fees?
Our rental fees vary depending on the day of week, time of event and event type, size and scope. We rent the space by the hour, with Weekdays starting at $50/hr with a 3-hr minimum, and Weekends starting at $75/hr with a 4-hr minimum. Every rental will also have a cleaning fee added.
Do you have parking?
Yes, parking may be found in our lot in back, ample street parking, or in the CVS lot across the street. Entrance to our parking area is down a small driveway between the Nail Salon & Print Shop.

May we tour the space?
Yes! We offer 15 min tours on Tuesdays & Thursdays (pending availability due to scheduled bookings). No weekend tours are available. Click here to schedule a tour.
Do you offer in-house catering?
We do not offer in house catering; guests may bring in catering of their choice. We have a list of local caterers if you need some suggestions, upon request.
